Please bring your footwear with you along with any previous orthotics (if applicable). 

Your extended health care plan in most cases requires a prescription (including a diagnosis) from your family physician in order to reimburse you for your orthotic claim. We can send a report and referral request to your family physician after your assessment.

Medical grade compression requires a prescription indicating amount of compression and the length of the compression required. Measurements are taken for compression socks before ordering.
